German SS Medical Officer Diamond Badge

This is an original WWII era SS officer's medical sleeve diamond.  Has a bullion snake embroidered on to black wool cloth.  Does not glow under black light.  Back of insignia has an RZM tag attached.  It is in excellent undamaged, used condition.
